Fun, educational, inspirational & delicious - what's not to like?!
What a fantastic few hours spent creating wonderful tasty dishes in Romina's beautiful kitchen! From the welcoming glasses of prosecco to the detailed, hands-on pasta making lesson, to the delicious meal and local wine, it was all amazing. Romina is so friendly, with amazing English and a lovely sense of humour. And just a stone's thrown from the Vatican too, so perfect for us. Perfect Food Evening
What a wonderful relaxing evening.  Romina is a most welcoming, kind, gracious and knowledgeable host.  All the tastiness of a great restaurant with the fun of a guided tour. Genuine Experience. Excellent Pasta.
I had a fantastic time making pasta from scratch with Romina. Right from the very start, even upon walking into the doors of her building, it felt less like a "class" and more like a genuine experience as a guest inside someone's home. She has a lovely apartment near the Vatican and a beautiful area to cook inside. There were five of us + Romina, and we had two courses (we made two types of pasta from scratch). Don’t miss an opportunity to learn from Romina!

Relaxing, yet super interesting experience
I can only confirm the many excellent reviews: We booked the class as some friends had recommended it to us and we had a wonderful evening. Romina managed to strike a great mix of an interesting interactive cooking class embedded in a relaxed dinner party with delicious food and great wines.The recipes she taught us are simple enough to recreate at home, yet fancy enough to stir up our usual routines and to surprise friends and family with something special. I especially loved all the tiny little tricks and details that even work for bringing your usual weekday dishes with shop-bought pasta to the next level.Romina is a real professional with deep knowledge of her craft and an inspiring passion for food. A must do in Rome!

Great instruction, great food, but no followup
The pasta-making training was excellent, and the results were delicious!  I wish we had been able to make more of the sauces ourselves, and not just the pasta/ravioli, but there's probably too wide a range of backgrounds to make this practical. Mehr als nur ein einfacher Kochkurs!
Eine absolute Empfehlung!! Der Kochkurs von Romina wurde uns von Bekannten empfohlen, die ebenfalls davon geschwärmt haben. Da wir an einem Tag in der Vatikanstadt unterwegs waren, hatten wir den Kochkurs mit eingeplant. Es war so ein wunderschöner Abend, der unseren Urlaub in Rom perfekt abgeschlossen hat!Romina ist eine super liebe, aufgeschlossene und fürsorgliche Person und sie spricht sehr gut Englisch. Die Verständigung war absolut kein Problem!Unser Kurs fand zusammen mit einem anderen Pärchen statt, das uns sehr zusprach, da wir einen Kurs in einer großen Gruppe vermeiden wollten.Es herrschte auch absolut kein Zeitdruck. Alles wurde in Ruhe erklärt und wir haben viel geredet und gelacht.Zur Begrüßung gab es ein Glas Prosecco + Snacks und dann fing Romina an mit uns die Pasta + Soßen Schritt für Schritt zuzubereiten. In der Zwischenzeit servierte sie uns verschiedene Sorten Bruschetta, die unglaublich lecker waren!Sie erklärte alles sehr genau, gab uns Tipps und die Zubereitung der Pasta ging super einfach. Das Essen war unglaublich lecker und der Abend sehr gesellig.Zum Abschied gab sie uns noch ein kleines Rezeptbuch von sich.Ich schwärme bis heute davon. :-)))

AMAZING!
BOOK IT. Don’t think twice, even if you just have a short time in Rome. A friend of mine had taking Romina’s cooking class before and told me it was a must. She was right! My mom and I had a two week trip through Italy and Greece and Romina’s class was our favorite part of the entire trip. Romina is so welcoming and hospitable from the first moment of meeting to the group chatting and laughing all night. Every moment of the class is authentic and enjoyable. Romina walks you through the cooking process making sure to give you tips along the way and even gives you a little cookbook of what you make so that you can cook it at home! There were three other ladies in the class with us, we all became fast friends - sharing stories over wine and the dinner we all helped to make. We were having so much fun that the time flew by! Super cours de cuisine à Rome
Superbe cours de cuisine dans un endroit chaleureux et décoré avec beaucoup de goût! Romina est une super hôte: le cours est très bien organisé, les explications sont claires et bonnes, elles racontent aussi de petites anecdotes, le tout avec beaucoup de naturel. On a fait des raviolis et des fettucine. Et c'était délicieux! Je n'ai pas vu le temps passer! Je recommande!
